Embedded business leader
Steve works with customers to define the required customer experience and builds the systems and processes to enable it.
Day to day, Steve orchestrates and supervises the end-to-end delivery from order to install and beyond, jumps in to help anywhere and everywhere he is required and is your key point of escalation for any issues along the way.
Before joining IntelliHUB, Steve spent 3 years building and running operations at Spotless Metering and 7 years leading customer strategy, experience, innovation and propositions at AGL and Energy Australia.
Prior to Energy, Steve held executive roles at GE, Wesfarmers, Suncorp, GSK and Officeworks delivering several disruptive brands and transformation programs. Before immigrating to Australia in 1998, he worked for a leading liquor retailer in South Africa where he discovered his passion for customers.
Customer engagement, onboarding and value creation
Marc is responsible for onboarding and engagement of new customers and day to day account management.
He also works with the customers and the business to create value beyond the core meter and data services through new product and service development and innovation.
Before joining IntelliHUB, Marc worked at AGL for 10 years as a Customer Service Team Leader, QA Compliance Specialist, SAP Specialist, SME Business Consultant, C&I Business Billing Support Officer and BPO Process & Exception Specialist.
After AGL he held senior roles in with Active Utilities, Energy Intelligence and Energy Action managing greenfield and brownfield conversions embedded projects before joining IntelliHUB as a Business Development Manager in January 2020. Marc brings a wealth of energy, embedded networks experience and innovative thinking to the team.
Front and back office administration, analytics and continuous improvement
David is responsible for checking and accepting of customer orders and creating work orders for technicians. He also ensures site records are accurate and complete before they are loaded into the market systems.
He manages ENM transactions, investigates and resolves any site record issues and ensures commissioning and validation of CTs is done quickly post energisation. He also looks after reporting, analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
David has worked in the energy industry for 8 years. First in Origin’s New Connections Team, before moving to their Acumen metering division and ultimately IntelliHUB. Prior to energy, David occupied an administrative role in The Age’s distribution team and was an account manager at VECCI. David brings a strong analytical and process discipline to the team.
Embedded network field operations and deployment team
Ryan and his delivery and scheduling team (Daniel and Kari) arrange pre site evaluations, plan delivery with RECs, PMs, Building and Site Managers, schedule work to our experienced embedded technicians and ensure that the work is completed safely, compliantly and on time as planned.
They also proactively manage and resolve any field issues that may occur, ensure that techs complete site records in full and on time and coordinate all requirements for commissioning post install and CT validations.
After more than 10 years with Ergon Energy & Energex managing field delivery across metering, distribution and customer connection, Ryan joined Origin Energy/Acumen in field based technical leadership roles and operational management of field delivery.
Ryan’s experience and strong field delivery and operational background ensures we deliver safe and compliant metering reliably and consistently.
Jugan and the data team (led by Tuti) proactively monitor and manage meter performance. They provide regular data reporting and proactively and quickly investigate and resolve any data issues.
They work hard to ensure billing data is delivered on time with any gaps resolved to ensure on time and in full billing for customers.
Jugan has extensive energy experience having worked for leading retail and embedded businesses during her career.
This has included lead roles in customer service, operations, pricing and data management.
Jugan will ensure that billing is a breeze delivering consistently high levels of data quality through the proactive management using our data framework.
