Steve works with customers to define the required customer experience and builds the systems and processes to enable it.
Day to day, Steve orchestrates and supervises the end-to-end delivery from order to install and beyond, jumps in to help anywhere and everywhere he is required and is your key point of escalation for any issues along the way.
Before joining IntelliHUB, Steve spent 3 years building and running operations at Spotless Metering and 7 years leading customer strategy, experience, innovation and propositions at AGL and Energy Australia.
Customer account manager
Sumeja is responsible for onboarding and engagement of new customers and day to day account management.
She also works with the customers and the business to create value beyond the core meter and data services through new product and service development and innovation.
Before joining IntelliHUB, Sumeja spent close to 4 years in Embedded Network Operations at Plus ES.
Business lead - Hot Water
Marc is responsible for the end to end delivery of our hot water solution.
He works with the customers and the business to create leading solutions for hot water and ensures that the end to end experience always meets and exceeds your needs .
Before joining IntelliHUB, Marc worked at AGL for 10 years and held senior roles in with Active Utilities, Energy Intelligence and Energy Action managing greenfield and brownfield embedded projects before joining IntelliHUB.
Delivery and Scheduling Quality
Sandy responsible for ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience from ordering through to delivery and works across a number of teams to ensure alignment between people and optimal systems and processes.
Before joining IntelliHUB, Sandy spent 4 years at Silcar in Wideband delivery as an Operations Officer, 18 months at Vision Stream as a Wideband Project Coordinator and 5 years at Downer, first as a Wideband Scheduler before heading Operations and Scheduling in Advanced Metering for Embedded.
Sandy brings a wealth of operations and scheduling experience with a track record of success in growing Spotless embedded networks. She has a huge amount of energy and passion and is well loved by customers.
Anthony + Team
Embedded Field Operations and Deployment
Anthony and his delivery and scheduling team (Michael Skazas, Tom Elliot, Tim Forsyth, Simon Adelpour and Merinda Thompson) arrange pre site evaluations, plan delivery with RECs, PMs, Building and Site Managers, schedule work and ensure that the work is completed safely, compliantly and on time as planned.
They also proactively manage and resolve any field issues that may occur, ensure that techs complete site records in full and on time and coordinate all requirements for commissioning post install and CT validations.
After more than 18 years with Essential Energy, Anthony spent 4 years at Active Stream, AGL and Southern Cross before joining Intellihub in 2019.
David + Team
Front and back office administration, analytics and continuous improvement
David along with Chris Joseph are responsible for checking and accepting of customer orders and creating work orders for technicians.
They manage ENM transactions, investigate and resolves any site record issues and ensures commissioning and validation of CTs is done quickly post energization. They also looks after reporting, analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
David has worked in the energy industry for 8 years. First in Origin’s New Connections Team, before moving to their Acumen metering division and ultimately IntelliHUB.
Jugan + Team
Data Quality Management
Jugan and Saheb proactively monitor and manage meter performance. They provide regular data reporting and proactively and quickly investigate and resolve any data issues.
They work hard to ensure billing data is delivered on time with any gaps resolved to ensure on time and in full billing for customers including managing QA for every install and K Factor auditing to ensure accurate of ratios applied.
Jugan has extensive energy experience having worked for leading retail and embedded businesses during her career.
This has included lead roles in customer service, operations, pricing and data management.
